I have two type of hours: Business hours (when I'm available to answer emails, phone calls, etc) and Photo Session hours (when I'm available for scheduled shoots).

My business hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.

I shoot events whenever they occur!

Super easy!!  Start by filling out the Event Contact form.  I will follow up with you in one business day.  We'll schedule a call to discuss your event and what I can offer you.

If you like what you hear, I'll send out an agreement, which will include the first payment, which acts as a Retainer Fee.  

The Retainer Fee will hold your spot, please be aware it is non-refundable.  

At this point you are ALL booked in!

After booking, we'll meet by phone or in person (your choice!) to go over the flow of your event and any desired photos.  If your venue has special needs, we'll probably want to meet there.

Please be aware, the second half of your fee is due one week prior to your event.

When you are ready to book, you will secure your spot by paying half of the fee when you sign your agreement.  (You aren't booked until this fee is paid, so don't forget this step!)

About a week prior to your event, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

If your event is larger and you'd like to break the payments up more, I can arrange that, but the final payment will need to be paid prior to the event.

I accept cash, check, credit card, and PayPal.  

YES!  I am fully-licensed and insured.

I'm sorry, I do not cover weddings at this time. 

There is a lot of preparation that goes on behind the scenes to get ready for photographing an event, and I've most likely turned away other clients in order to hold that spot for you, thus Retainer Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If you need to reschedule, your Retainer Fee can be transferred to a new date.  If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise it may be treated as a cancellation.  Cancellations are non-refundable.

Your portraits will generally be ready within 2 1/2 weeks.

During busy seasons (October-December), processing time may be longer, so please plan accordingly. 

If you need your portraits more quickly, they can be expedited for a fee.

Images will be delivered by private online gallery.  You will automatically be enabled for max 30 image downloads.  

If you choose to, you may upgrade to a Full Gallery Download - and you'll get ALL the images from your event.

You may share the gallery link with family and friends - and party guests.  They will be able to download watermarked web-resolution images.  If they wish to purchase non-watermarked, high resolution images, they will have that option.

All purchased full-resolution digital files will come with a PRINT RELEASE giving you the right to print at your preferred lab.  I recommed Mpix.  Discount labs like CVS, Walmart, etc provide low-quality images that may give poor results.

However, I cannot guarantee any images (quality or longevity of image, nor color-correctness) that are not printed with me.

Please be aware, that although you are being given the right to print for PERSONAL USE only, the copyright to the images is still retained by KD Williamson Photography.

If you have not purchased the full-resolution digital file, you will not have permission to print the images.

When you order prints with me, I check over your order carefully - from color corrections to precise cropping for your selected size to ensuring your order is just as you want it.
